FALLEN FIREFIGHTER RELIEF FUND

Purpose

The Fallen Firefighter Relief Fund was created in the memory of two Orange County Fire Authority firefighters lost in the line-of-duty in 1998.

Goals

The Fallen Firefighter Relief Fund was established as a means for the Orange County Professional Firefighters Association, Local 3631 to offer financial assistance to professional firefighters, firefighters, families, and charity organizations throughout the United States of America.

Current Funding

The Fallen Firefighter Relief Fund's major funding resources are: automatic payroll deduction through the United Way (FAL 100), The Fallen Firefighter Golf Tournament, Comedy Show and the Antique Fire Extinguisher collection project. Various other vehicles such as clothing, and sporting events also are directed to the fund throughout the year. In addition, throughout the year, we partner with individual corporations as they hold fundraisers and direct money to The Fallen Firefighter Relief Fund. No donation is too small. It shows that you care.

Thank you,
