Finance Committee

The Finance Committee serves the membership in matters relating to the financial well being of the Local. The finance committee shall assist with preparation of the budget, and provide guidance to the Executive Board on revenue and expenditures.

Grievance Committee


Committee members: Rick Cornell, Executive Board, and John Latta

By-Laws Article V Section3F. Grievance Committee

The Grievance Committee serves the membership in matters related to grievances, discipline, and promotional appeals. The committee provides guidance to individual employee representatives and monitors the status and history of rulings and policy resulting from grievances, discipline, and promotional appeals.

Healthcare Committee


Committee members: Dave Rose, Hiddo Horlings, Kenny Gabrielson and Ray Geagan

By-Laws Article V Section 3G. Healthcare Committee

The Healthcare Committee is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Local 3631 Healthcare Trust business such as auditing, benefit, coverage resolution, and the financial management of trust assets. Professional service agents may be employed to aid in the day-to-day operations for things such as administration, legal services, and financial management.

Joint Apprenticeship Committee (JAC)


Committee Members: Hiddo Horlings, Steven Cook, Kenny Gabrielson, and Rick Cornell (alternate)

The Joint Apprenticeship Committee facilitates Local participation in the Orange County Fire Authority Sub-JAC Committee in matters relating to the California Fire Fighter Joint Apprenticeship Committee (CFFJAC).
