The Constitution and By-Laws Committee is responsible for periodic review and update of the Local Constitution and By-Laws, Policy and Procedure Manual, and any other policies of the Local.

 

Disability and Workers' Compensation Committee


Committee members: Ray Geagan, Rick Cornell, and Bob James

By-Laws Article V Section3B. Disability and Workers’ Compensation Committee

The Disability and Workers’ Compensation Committee serves the Local membership in matters relating to disability compensation benefits, state and local legislation dealing with work related injury, and acts as a liaison between the employer, legal council, and Local membership.

 

Election Committee


Committee members: Tim Gogerty

By-Laws Article V Section3C. Election Committee

The Election Committee along with the Local Secretary oversees the process for election of officers as well as secret ballot referendum votes brought before the membership. The committee ensures compliance with election rules specified in this Constitution and By-Laws, Local Policy and Procedures, IAFF Constitution and By-Laws, and the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959.

Emergency Medical Services Committee (EMS)


Committee members: Bob James, Dave Rose, Kenny Gabrielson, and Steven Cook.

By-Laws Article V Section 3D. Emergency Medical Services Committee (EMS)

The Emergency Medical Services Committee serves the Local membership in matters relating to emergency medical care delivery in the pre-hospital setting including, but not limited to: EMS legislation, medical equipment, treatment guidelines, and system delivery models.
