Denver Burn Foundation Payday Raffle Winner

Happy Payday! The winner for today’s Payday Raffle is Jerry Toney, E-32-B-shift.   Congratulations Jerry! Our Burn Foundation is partnering with the Copper Mountain Ski Patrol to host a fall golf tournament for Dave Repsher. Dave is a Copper Mountain Ski Patroller and a flight nurse for Flight for Life Colorado based at St. Anthony Summit Medical Center.

At 1844 Belmont Fire Alarm received a call reporting a garage fire. Box 368 was struck, initial response was Engine 2, Ladder 1 and C3. Engine 1 cleared a medical shortly after the initial alarm and responded. On arrival a Working Fire was ordered by Captain Gardiner. The fire was knocked down quickly and no extension to the adjacent house.

May 28, 2016 – At 14:35 Cunningham and South Metro Firefighters were dispatched to a reported residential structure fire at 18655 East Progress Place.  The 911 caller reported a fire in the garage that they were trying to extinguish.  First arriving Engine 62 sized up a small, one story, single family dwelling with smoke showing from the garage.
